Description Georgian oak linen press standing on a chest of 3 drawers. This piece of English furniture was originally made as a press for the household linen, such as table clothes, bed linen and napery. Now, it is a statement or conversation piece which has been beautifully restored and would fit into a traditional or contemporary home. The press sits comfortably on the chest as a separate piece, which makes it easy to move. There are 3 oak dividers that come with it & are original to the piece. Our photos contain 2 images of the press before it was restored. Height: 148 cm Width: 62 cm Depth: 40 cm Circa 1830
