Cuisinart CGT-301 Stainless Steel Grill Topper, 12 x 16-Inch

Spent a week in Branson this year and had bacon cooked over wood fire for the first time, and it was unbelievably good. Tried to cook some on my Weber Smoke Fire grill, but some drooped and got crispy, one fell in.Bought this very nice plate an put bacon on it on the pellet grill at 350 with burgers. Just the right length. Turned it a few times. Nothing burned. Came off before the burgers. Had to wack a few hands to make sure there was enough for the burgers. Cleaned up easy. Sweet. [...]
