The system is basically two cartridges snapped between your filters, one releasing a silver-based mineral and the other releasing a unique patented chlorine. The whole system sits in your filter compartment. The result is Fresh Mineral Water® that’s silky soft with far less odor and the easiest water to maintain.You will still test your water regularly with the new @Ease test strips provided with your kit. These are calibrated to detect the special combination of chlorine used by the system and takes into account the combined santizing effect of both chlorine and metallic silver.The @Ease System combines the proven FROG mineral formula for killing bacteria with SmartChlor Technology to maintain a consistently low chlorine level for weeks. Unlike normal chlorine that is used up when you get in, SmartChlor continues to maintain the same level which is up to 75% less than hot tubs using Dichlor (standard hot tub chlorine).
